The story

Every agency runs on brilliant people doing robotic work. Status decks assembled at midnight. Briefs re-typed into three systems. Reporting that swallows the first week of every month. The work that wins the business is not the work that fills the week — and the filler is now optional. We rewire the operation so your people think, and the machines type.

What we implement

Four disciplines. One operating system for your business.

Built for ad agencies and the businesses that run like them — deployed with enterprise discipline, adopted like something people actually asked for.

What this looks like in production.

Three engagements, start to finish. Details are anonymized composites of our work — the numbers are the kind we sign up for in writing.

Nine years of agency knowledge, finally on tap.

Claude Enterprise Knowledge base Adoption program

New-business sprints burned senior nights, and a decade of case studies lived in decks nobody could find. We rolled out Claude Enterprise behind their SSO, built a governed knowledge base over nine years of work, and ran pilot pods in every department until usage was a habit, not a novelty.

Agentic reporting Existing BI stack 40+ accounts

Client reporting consumed the first week of every month across forty-plus accounts. Agents now pull from the warehouse nightly, draft the insight summaries, assemble the decks, and route everything to planners for approval — and they flag anomalies the day they happen, not three weeks later.

Five trackers became one system of record.

IMS implementation Process automation Executive reporting

Order-to-invoice crossed five disconnected trackers, and leadership saw real numbers once a quarter. We implemented an IMS as the single system of record, automated the handoffs between sales, ops, and finance, and stood up an agentic Monday brief drafted from live data before the week begins.

How it works

Weeks, not quarters.

No strategy decks that sit in a drawer. We watch the real work, rank it, and start shipping — one governed, reversible build at a time.

Week 0
Diagnose
Inside your operation. We map the real workflows — trafficking, reporting, intake — not the org chart.
Weeks 1–3
Design
Platform fit — Claude or OpenAI Enterprise — security posture, and an ROI-ranked build plan.
Weeks 4–10
Deploy
Rollout plus the first agentic workflows — tested, governed, documented, reversible.
Ongoing
Embed
Adoption coaching, measurement, and a standing queue of what to automate next.

Reversible by design. Every build we ship has an off switch, a runbook, and a human fallback. If it isn't returning the hours we projected, we rework it — or roll it back.

Consulting engagements

Three ways to work with us.

Start with the roadmap, prove the value, then compound. Every engagement is scoped in writing and led by a senior operator — never a bench.

Who we are

Senior by design. Independent on purpose.

We're a small group of CTO-level consultants who spent twenty-plus years building and running technology inside marketing and advertising — the systems, the integrations, the 2 a.m. war rooms. Now we bring frontier AI into that world. We measure our success in evenings returned.

Operators, not analysts
We've run what we now rewire.
Heads of technology and CTOs from inside agencies and marketing organizations — we've owned the stacks, the budgets, and the consequences.
Independent by design
No margins but yours.
An independent firm, unaffiliated with any network, vendor, or reseller program. When we recommend a platform, it's because it fits — and we show our math.
Small on purpose
You work with who you hired.
No bench, no handoffs, no juniors learning on your dime. The people in the room on day one are the people who ship the work.
Judgment, included

Where we point AI — and where we won't.

Half our value is telling you what not to automate. AI earns its keep on volume and repetition; your people keep the judgment calls.

We automate this

  • Media & client reporting assembly
  • Status decks and meeting summaries
  • Brief intake and trafficking handoffs
  • Timesheet & reconciliation chasing
  • Cross-system data entry
  • Anomaly monitoring on live accounts

We keep humans on this

  • Creative judgment and the big idea
  • Client relationships and the room
  • Final approvals on money and message
  • People decisions
  • "AI strategy" with no workflow attached
Questions

Asked on almost every first call.

Agencies are our home turf — we spent our careers inside them — but roughly a third of our work is with mid-market businesses that run on the same rhythms: client work, projects, billing cycles, and reporting. If your operation lives in briefs, handoffs, and month-ends, we'll feel familiar on day one.
Claude Enterprise and OpenAI Enterprise, end to end — assessment, security review, rollout, governance, and adoption. We're independent and take no reseller margin from either, so the recommendation is on the merits of your use cases, your data posture, and your budget. We'll show the comparison, not just the conclusion.
Not at all. We're headquartered in New York City and work nationwide — most engagements run with an onsite discovery week and remote delivery after that. We'll be in the building when it matters: kickoff, key workshops, and launch.
Enterprise agreements only — your data is never used for model training. We work least-access, behind your SSO, with DLP guardrails where the platform supports them. Every credential and connection we create is documented and handed over. We'll sign your NDA and DPA before we look at anything, and we're comfortable in client-audit conversations — we've sat on your side of that table.
The Readiness & Roadmap engagement is a fixed fee from $12,500. Implementations are scoped after the roadmap and typically run $48,000 to $150,000+ depending on platform scope and how many workflows we take to production. Fractional AI CTO retainers start at $9,500/month. Everything is scoped in writing first — no surprise invoices, ever.
This is the question that decides whether the spend was worth it, so we engineer for it: pilot pods per department, champions with real authority, prompt libraries built around your actual work, and adoption measured weekly — not assumed. Our benchmark is simple: if it isn't a habit by day 90, we're not done.

Bring us your messiest workflow.

A 45-minute working session with a CTO-level operator — not a sales rep. We'll tell you on the spot whether it's automatable, what it would take, and what it would return every month. New York City, or anywhere in the country.
